2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 teaspoons basil pesto
1 cup vegetable broth
1 (19-ounce) package cheese tortellini, thawed
1 tablespoon habanero based hot sauce
1/4 cup sherry
1 cup heavy cream or whole mile

Directions:

1. In a medium stockpot over high, combine the tomato soup, diced tomatoes, pesto and broth.
2. Bring to a boil, then drop the tortellini into the pot and cook according to package instructions.
3. Reduce the heat to a simmer, add the hot sauce, sherry and cream and cook for 3-5 minutes.
4. Serve alone or garnished with your favorite toppings such as Parmesan and basil and/or a side of toasted garlic bread. Or Grilled Cheese!!
