3 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. jar chunky spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
To the cooked rice, add eggs and Parmesan. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Combine cheeses, except for 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Mix well.
Brown meat and add spaghetti sauce.
Cook until thoroughly heated.
Spoon half of rice mixture into 8x8 inch baking dish. Cover with half of meat sauce. Repeat layers.

May add chopped spinach as a single layer in between layers of rice.

Top with 2 or more tablespoons Parmesan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated

Double recipe for a 9x13 inch baking pan
