Ingredients:  
1 large potato - per person
1/4 cup chopped celery- per person
1/2 cups chopped onion- per person
1/4 to 1/2 cup half and half or cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes
put in pot along with chopped onions and celery
Add water, but don't quite cover vegetables
Add bouillon
Bring to boil, Lower heat. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or til all are very tender.
Using potato masher, coarsely crush potatoes.
Add enough milk or cream to thin as desired, Add salt and pepper
Will take a lot of salt!
