Ingredients:
Ingredients:
9 graham crackers
5 T. butter, melted
½ c. + 2 T. sugar, divided
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 c. milk
9 oz. whipped topping, thawed
Chocolate syrup, for garnish, optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. To make the graham cracker crust, crush graham crackers finely using a food processor, blender, or a plastic bag and rolling pin.
2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and 2 T. sugar. Pour into a 9” pie plate and spread evenly, using the bottom of a measuring to press the crust evenly and firmly into the bottom and sides of the pie plate.
3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fragrant and golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
4. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine cream cheese, remaining ½ c. sugar, and vanilla. Stir until evenly blended. Gradually add cocoa powder and milk in alternating batches until evenly incorporated.
5. Gently fold in whipped topping until well-combined. Pour into cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Freeze until serving time; thaw for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle individual pieces with chocolate syrup if desired.
