1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vinilla
Sea Salt to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a saucepan to a medium heat
Add cream, sugar and corn syrup making sure to stir constantly so the sugars don't burn
Let them bubble until thick
Continue to boil for about 8 - 10 mins until the mixture is a deep golden brown
Add the vanilla, salt and butter, whisk together until combined, then remove from heat
Pour into a greased baking dish, then sprinkle sea salt over the top.
Let it cool completely before trying to move it.
Cut into bit sized pieces and enjoy
