3 1/2 Teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
Whisk together melted butter, egg and milk until combined. Let batter stand for 5 minutes
Preheat slillet over a medium-high heat. spray with cooking oil. Pour batter into skillet (About 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for 2 -3 mins, flip
