1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 eggs
grated parmesean cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt in fry pan. Cook beef in till browned. Add onion and garlic and seasonings. Cook till onion is soft. Add frozen spinach. Cover and cook. Break up spinach as it thaws until hot and well combined with meat. Pour in eggs and cook, while stirring until eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese.
