1 3/4 c. Chocolate Cake Mix
1/3 c. Water
2 tbsp. Oil
3 Eggs

Filling:
1 pkg. 8oz. Cream Cheese
2 c. Ricotta Cheese
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Spray 15x10 in pan with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl combine the cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat on low speed for 2 min. Pour into pan.

Bake at 350 for 12-14 min. Invert into a kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar. Roll cake up into the towel. Cool on wire rack.

In a small bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add in the ricotta cheese and powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Stir in chips. Unroll cake, spread filling over cake to 1/2 in. of edges. Roll up again. Place seam side down on a serving platter. Refrigerate for 2 hrs. before serving.
