1lb Ground Turkey
2T Soy Sauce
2 Scallions, thinly sliced
1T Fresh Ginger, finely grated
Ground black pepper to taste
Grated carrots and sprouts for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine turkey, soy sauce, scallions, ginger, and pepper and incorporate using your hand. Form into four burgers and grill or pan fry until done. Serve on pita bread rounds and garnish with grated carrots, sprouts, and either mayo or yogurt ginger sauce.

Yogurt-Ginger Sauce: combine 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup mayo, 2 T honey, 1T grated fresh ginger.
