8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic, pressed or very finely minced
Milk
Dry salami, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese and garlic until smooth. If it is too thick, thin with a small amount of milk until it is thin enough to spread on the salami. Put about 1/2 teaspoon on a slice of salami. Fold the salami in a half circle, and press together so tht it stays in a half-circle and the filling is evenly distributed.

Variation: Add a small waxed pepper inside the salami.
