2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
Chopped garlic (to taste)
Tobasco Sauce
Mayonnaise
Parsley or Fresh Basil
Sourdough Baguettes

Directions:
Directions:
To mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, add fresh lemon juice, chopped garlic, dash of Tobasco sauce and fresh parsley or basil. Mix all ingredients together and then add mayonnaise to spreadable consistency.

Spread on sourdough baguette, sliced lengthwise. Cook in 450 degree oven until browned.

Cut, serve, and enjoy!
