Trimmed brisket
2 tbsp minced onion
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tbsp liquid smoke
Barbeque sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate brisket overnight with celery salt, onion, and liquid smoke. Before baking preheat oven to 225º. Smother brisket with Worcestershire sauce. Cover, bake for 8-12 hours, depending on size of brisket. Uncover the last hour and put barbeque sauce on, if desired.
