1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp powdered sugar
white sugar, cinnamon, brown sugar
Texas Toast - 1 loaf
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter & add brown sugar - stir in mix
Spread butter/brown sugar mixture in bottom 9 x 13 pan
Beat eggs, milk, vanilla & powdered sugar
Lay down layer Texas Toast
Ladle on 1/2 egg mixture
Sprinkle cup brown sugar & cinnamon
Spread thin layer butter on one side of Texas Toast for next layer - lay down butter side up.
Ladle rest of egg mixture on top
Sprinkle cup white sugar & cinnamon
Cover Y refrigerate overnight
In am, pre-heat oven to 350º and bake for 45 minutes.
