2 cups warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup melted margarine
1 beaten egg
4 cups self rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare muffin tin. Spray with cooking spray.
Heat oven to 425º

Stir and Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add all remaining ingredients and stir together well.
Drop into prepared muffin tins filling 3/4 full.
(Mixture will be soupy and will NOT need to rise.)

Bake 20 minutes.
Mixture may be kept in the refrigerator for several days.

Aunt Sabra Hardin baked rolls for Sunday dinners which were delicious. In the 1950's she cooked at the Boonshill School Cafeteria and also was a nurse in Lewisburg. Aunt Sab was one of the finest cooks ever!
