1 refrigerated pie crust
1/2 C butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp rum extract
1 C sugar
1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 C chopped walnuts
3/4 C plus 2 T butterscotch chips
Vanilla ice cream, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Unroll pie crust.
Press into a 9 inch springform pan.
Beat butter, eggs and rum extract in bowl.
Beat sugar, salt, and flour into butter mixture.
Stir in walnuts and chips.
Pour into pan and spread over crust.
Bake 45-50 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes on wire rack.
Remove sides of springform pan.
Let cool an additional hour.

Cut into wedges while warm with vanilla ice cream.
