1 1/2 tbsp knox gelatin
2 small cans of shrimp, drained
1 can tomato soup, no added liquid
3 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 cup Hellmann's Mayo
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
salt, pepper, accent and cayenne to taste

Directions:

dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of water. Blend cream cheese, soup and mayo in blender. Place mixture in double boiler and heat. Add seasonings, celery and onion. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Let stand 5 minutes in refrigerator. Then stir in shrimp. Pour into a well greased mold. Refrig. overnight. Turn onto a bed of lettuce when ready to serve.
