1 quart milk
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon (optional)
whip cream
nutmeg (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a sauce pan - bring to boil stiring constantly when it coats the spoon then remove from stove. Serve in mug with choice of (whip cream....cinnamon,,,,nutmeg....nuts or cinnamon stick)
