16 frozen tart shells
1 3/4 c. – 420 ml milk
1 c. – 240 ml grated cheese
1/2 tsp. – 2 ml salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. – 1 ml paprika
1/4 c. – 60 ml grated onion
3 large eggs
1/2 c. – 120 ml chopped broccoli
1/4 c. – 60 ml chopped bacon
1/2 c. – 120 ml chopped tomatoes

Garnish for top
1/3 cup cheese
Bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and let cool. Add well beaten eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, onion and broccoli. Prick tart shells with fork and sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Pour custard mixture over each shell and bake 30 minutes at 400° F – 200° C until quiche is set in the center and begins to turn golden brown.
