Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper.
12 oz tomato paste,
2 cups water,
2 Tbsp dehydrated onion,
1 tsp garlic salt,
3 Tbsp sugar,
1 tsp salt,
1-1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce, and
1-1/8 tsp dried oregano.
4 1/2 cups hot water
12 oz grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
When ready to assemble:
Add an additional 4-1/2 cups hot water to the sauce (this is why you do not pre-cook the noodles). Other ingredients needed : 12 oz dry, uncooked lasagna noodles, 8 to 12 oz grated/shredded cheddar cheese and 8 to 12 oz grated/shredded mozzarella cheese

Method: Pour 2 cups sauce into a 9"x13" cake pan. Then add a layer of uncooked noodles (4 oz per layer) and a layer of each of the cheeses (1/4 of the total per layer). Repeat the layers of sauce, noodles and cheese 2 more times (total of 3 layers), finishing with sauce and cheese on top.

Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1-1/2 hours. When done, lift one corner of the foil to let steam out, and let it "rest" for 15 minutes before serving. If desired, you could "garnish" it with a little more cheese sprinkled on top and a bit of dried parsley for color.
