1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup milk
3/4 tsp Worcestershire
1/4 tsp dried sage (if available, otherwise 1/4 tsp chopped oregano)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard (mustard powder)
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion (or 1/2 large onion), finely diced
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/8 cup ketchup
1/3 cup ketchup (Try a little ketchup mixed with devil's spit)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT ketchup and spread in large bowl and mix well.

Place mixture into un-greased loaf pan. Spread ketchup sauce mixture over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake uncovered for 70 minutes. Check after an hour; it should not be pink in the middle and should have an internal temperature ~160 degrees.

Let cool for 5 minutes, slice and serve.
