2 cups water
1 tsp. red hot sauce
½ cup catsup
3 Tbsp. corn starch mixed into ¼ cup cold water
1/3 cup sugar

Mix cornstarch into ¼ cup cold water and add the rest of the ingredients into a pan over med-hi heat. Bring to a boil or heat until sauce thickens - takes about 5 minutes.

Christina Note: I use this sauce for dipping won tons or spring rolls, etc. I also make it and add cooked chicken and cooked bell peppers and serve as a meal over rice. It is a family favorite and a relatively quick meal.
