2 ¾ cups boiling water
1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello-Strawberry–or any red
1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello lemon flavor
1 pkg. (4 serving) Berry Blue flavor
1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup cold water
1 ½ cups blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir in 1 cup boiling water into each of the red and blue gelatins in separate medium glass bowls at least 2 min until completely dissolved. Stir ½ cup of the cold water into each bowl.
2. Place bowl of red gelatin in larger bowl of ice and water. Stir until thickened, about 8 minutes. Stir in strawberries. Pour into 9x5 loaf pan. Refrigerate 7 min.
3. Meanwhile, stir remaining ¾ cup boiling water into lemon gelatin, in medium bowl at least 2 min until completely dissolved. Spoon in ice cream until melted and smooth. Spoon over red gelatin in pan. Refrigerate 7 min.
4. Meanwhile, place bowl of blue gelatin in larger bowl of ice and water. Stir until thickened, about 7 minutes. Stir in blue berries. Spoon over lemon gelatin in pan.
Refrigerate 4-4 ½ hours or until firm. Unmold.
