Oil, about 2 Tbsp.
1 carrot, thinly sliced or grated (opt.)
1 cup raw rice water
½ cup tomato sauce
Chicken bouillon
½ onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Fry rice in oil till almost golden (like you do with Rice-A-Roni in butter). Add tomato sauce and stir around a bit. Add water (start with 2 ½ cups, but it will probably end up being around 3 cups), onion, carrot and 1 tsp. bouillon for every cup of water used. Bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, till rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
