5 cups old fashioned oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ cup protein powder/flour
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup water
½ cup wheat germ
½ cup oil
1 tsp. salt
½ cup honey
½ cup sugar Almonds, optional

Combine wet and dry ingredients. If it seems a little too dry you can add a little more water and/or honey. Pack firmly on cookie sheet (you might want to line the sheet with parchment paper if you have it). Bake at 225º for 90 minutes. It will seem a little moist, but don’t over bake.
