3 Tbsp. raspberry jam (calls for seedless but I have used both)
¼ tsp. salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil ¼ tsp. pepper
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Torn salad greens

Directions:
Directions:
Place jam in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 10-15 seconds or until melted.
Pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; shake well. Serve with salad greens. Refrigerate any remaining vinaigrette.
