2 C lukewarm milk
1/3 C sugar
2 pkg dry yeast (4 1/2 tsps)
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 C butter or margarine
6 1/2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Add salt and 2 cups flour. Beat with mixer 2 minutes. Add eggs and melted shortening. Bea 1 minute. Add rest of flour. Mix well and let rest 20 minutes. Do not knead. Form into buns. Let rise 40 minutes. Bake at 375 F for 12-14 minutes.
