1 1/2 lb veal steak
1/4 c flour
1/4 c salad oil
2 Spanish onions
1/2 c chili sauce
1 1/2 c hot water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c grated sharp cheese
3 c cooked noodles
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Have veal cut thin, into serving sized pieces. Dredge each piece in flour. Brown on both sides in oil in skillet. Drain oil. Pare and slice onions and place over meat. Add chili sauce, hot water and salt. Cover and cook over low heat for 40 min. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Remove meat to hot platter and place in warming oven. Add cooked noodles to sauce remaining in pan and heat. Season with pepper. Pour noodles mixture around meat.
