Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cans of biscuits ( i get the Pillsbury ones that are packaged together)
Onions
Garlic
Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Put the chicken in the pot with a cut up onions and few garlic cloves cut ( you don't have to cut them really small)drain them off later. Put about a box of chicken stock and fill the rest with water. Just enough to cover the chicken and cook it. Once the chicken is cooked i take the chicken out and put it aside to cool. Then drain the broth and pour it back in the pot. Then Usually add another can or two of broth and some water to make the pot about 1/2 full. Take the biscuits and cut them in 1/4 's or sometimes a little smaller and roll them in a little flour.
Once the broth is boiling really good i start putting the dumplins in, let them simmer and about 30 mins usually and stirring every so often so they don't stick. Then just season with however salt and pepper you want. Might wanna taste the broth before you add too much salt. While the dumplins are cooking shred the chicken and once they are ready i throw chicken back in and stir. The usually thicken up pretty good by just rolling the dumplins in flour.
