1 1/2 c milk
2 T cornstarch
1/8 t pepper
2 chicken boullon cubes (gluten free)
2 T butter
1 c mayo
1 t curry powder
1 T lemon juice
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
32 oz frozen broccoli, thawed
1 lb chicken, cooked and cut into 2 inch pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, cornstarch, pepper, and chicken bouilllon cubes in saucepan on medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thinckend. Add butter. Cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add the mayo, curry powder and lemon juice. Combine until the sauce is smooth.

In a greased 9x13 pan place broccoli flowed by the cooked chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the sauce on evenly over the casserole. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve over warm rice.
