Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Package of Cinnamon Bears (I got a great deal at Sprouts)
1 Pkg of Chocolate Almond Bark
Toothpicks (Optional for perfectionists)
Floral Foam Block (Optional for perfectionists)
Parchment Paper
Cookie Sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Chop almond bark into 1-2 inch pieces. Place in a heat-safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and return to microwave for 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each, until smooth. (I melted over a double boiler)
*Optional: Stick a toothpick into a cinnamon bear, dip into chocolate, turning to completely cover the cinnamon bear. Shake off excess chocolate. Place bear on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet OR poke the toothpick into a foil-covered floral foam block so that the bear is standing upright. (I just stirred the bears in chocolate and with a slotted spoon, scooped out of chocolate and laid them on parchment paper covering a cookie sheet. This is the Laura Macy Redneck way and it works great!).
Allow bears to cool completely (about 15-20 mins). Store in airtight container at room temperature.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When my niece Rachael got married to her sweetheart Jacob in August of 2016, I asked her what one of there favorite snacks were thinking I would just throw some in with her gift. When she told me chocolate covered Cinnamon Bears, I was flabbergasted. Where in the name of all that is good do you get those? BYU bookstore. Mike and I searched all over Roseville and found them in a candy shop in the Galleria. $7.99 a lbs. WHAT! Well I went on line and found the recipe that is made at the BYU bookstore. I made 2 lbs for well under that amount. They are super yummy and very addicting.
