1 1/2 C butter
3 C Sugar
5 Eggs
3 C Flour
2T Lemon Extract
3/4 C 7up
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, and beat well.
Add flour
Beat in extract and 7up.

Pour into Bundt pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

I have been making this cake for almost 50 years!
Always turns out great.
HINT: use 2 loaf pans for smaller portion
Use one and freeze the other!
Great with coffee in morning.
