3 eggs (beaten)
1 29 oz. can pumpkin
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk

1 box yellow cake mix (with or without pudding in mix)
3/4 cup (1 & 1/2 sticks) butter milted
1 cup chopped pecans or english walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin custard
sprinkle evenly with nuts (if using)
then drizzle milted butter evenly over top of dry cake mix and nuts.

Bake at 350º F for 55 to 60 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with dollop of whipped cream if desired.

Stores well if refrigerated
