2 pie shells
1 1/2 cup raisins
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1 chopped walnuts
1 shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350ºF
boil raisins on low heat, then set aside
cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar
beat in eggs, vanilla and cinnamon
mix until smooth. Drain water from raisins
add raisins, nuts and coconut. Mixture will appear curdled. Pour into 2 pie shells.

Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until filling is set.
Cool on wire racks.
