2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 can green chilies
2 cans ranch style beans, undrained
2 cans corn, undrained
1 cup water (you may need to add additional water if not soupy enough)
1 pkg. taco mix
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain, using colander to drain and rinse with hot water to remove excess grease. Put meat in large pot and add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. Note: I cook mine a little longer. Sometimes I put the soup in a crock pot and leave on low till time to eat. Optional: You can serve with grated cheese, tortilla chips, crackers or good ole corn bread. It's yummy any way you want to serve it.
