1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. chili seasoning
chopped jalapenos (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain and using colander rinse meat with hot water to remove excess grease. While beef is cooking bring 2 quarts of water to boil in large pot and add macaroni. Cook macaroni for about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain water off macaroni. Put macaroni back in pot. Add the ground beef and remaining ingredients to the cooked macaroni and stir together. Simmer approx. 30 minutes. You may want to add additional taco and chili seasoning. But taste before adding.
