1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs lightly beaten
pinch of nutmeg
3-4 tablespoon butter
1 lemon
powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
heat oven 425º
beat flour,milk and eggs lightly leave lumpy
melt butter in 12" skillet (cast iron)
when very hot pour in batter and put in oven
bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

sprinkle with powder sugar and squeeze fresh lemon juice

you can fill pancake with fresh fruit
or bake with apple wedges dusted with cinnamon and sugar
