2 lb fish fillets
1 c chopped onion
1 c diced celery
1/4 c butter or margarine
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp curry powder
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in greased baking dish. In a saucepan cook onion and celery in fat until tender (about 5 min). Stir in flour salt, pepper and curry powder. Add milk gradually. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Pour sauce over fish and bake at 400F 15 to 20 min.
