1 large tin salmon drained with bones removed
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. cream
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl. Mix in the flour, cream, baking powder and salmon. Drop by tablespoonful into deep hot fat. Drain on paper towel.
