1/2 c salted soft butter
1/2 c veg. oil
1 1/2c + 2 Tbsp sugar
2 med. eggs
2 3/ 4c flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, veg. oil, eggs and sugar for 1-2 min.
Add dry ingred. stir until combined.
1 Tbsp. inch balls, 2 inch apart.
Bake 400 for 8-10 min. Roll in 2 Tbsp.cinnamon in sugar
