Put starter in large Tupperware bowl. DO NOT REFRIDGERATE
Day 1 - Receive starter
Day 2 - Stir
Day 3 - Stir
Day 4 - Stir
Day 5 -Add, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup self-rising flour, 1 cup milk - Stir
Day 6 - Stir
Day 7 -Stir
Day 8 -Nothing
Day 9 -Nothing
Day 10 -Add, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup self-rising flour, 1 cup milk, then pour 1 cup of mixture in 3 zip lock bags, or air tight containers.

To remaining starter add:
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups self-rising flour
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding

Pour into 2 loaf pans (May use 1 bunt cake pan and adjust baking time and temp).
Bake 50-60 minutes at 300º

Variations - 1 cup raisins, 1 cup nuts or any fruit or nut you desire.

For cherry nut cake, I omitted cinnamon, add 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, maraschino cherries and peacans.
