1 Qt. Fresh Strawberries
1 8oz. Container Marscarpone Cheese
3 tbsp. Pwdered Sugar
1 tsp. Milk
1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
Sliced Almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Trim top of strawberries. Using small melon baller scoop out center of each strawberry.

In medium bowl mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and almond extract until smooth. Put cheese mixture into ziplok bag or pastry bag fitted with star tip. Seal bag. Cut small hole in bottom corner of bag. Squeeze bag to pipe cheese mixture into strawberries. Decorate top with almonds. Makes 20 strawberries.
