Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 packages of Nasoya Won Ton wrappers
1 lb. hamburger meat (Linda says "Better the meat, better the Wonton")
3 circles of soy sauce (Hey, it's not my recipe, it's hers.)
4 chopped green onions
Snow-coat with grated fresh ginger root (Unless Angela King is there, then this snow coating would require a blizzard.)
Snow coat with sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except wrappers) and fry a sample of the meat to taste. Use about a thumb size portion of meat to each wonton. Too much meat will cause wonton not to cook in time and turn out greasy. Wet edges of wonton skin. Fold into a triangle and then turn corners up. Fry in hot oil while keeping wontons separated, they will try to stick together. Fry to golden brown.

Personal Notes:
Thanks to my Sister-in-law, Linda. She is famous for her Wontons. She usually has a crowd around her as she is frying them, they can eat them as fast as she can fry!!
