1 sleeve saltine crackers
1 cup butter (2 cubes)
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup coarsly chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper (NOT WAX PAPER). Line saltine crackers on cookie sheet. Melt butter and sugar, mixing continuously. Using a candy thermometer cook until candy reaches 270º. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Don't go over 290º. Immediately pour over crackers and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips. Let sit until chocolate chips are shiny. Spread with spatula and sprinkle walnuts or pecans. Put in fridge until firm. Break into pieces and eat up!
