1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. prepared mustard or 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash salt
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light. Stir ingredients together and cook until clear, stirring while cooking. For a big bowl of fruit salad use 1 cup of this dressing with one cup of whipped cream. Add a little sugar and vanilla to cream and mix with dressing. This dressing keeps for 2-3 months refrigerated. Makes 1 pint.
