2 or 3 - 16 oz cans red kidney beans (drained)
1 or 2 - 14 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 pounds coarsely ground chuck (browned and drained)
1 large onion (coarsely chopped)
1 green pepper (coarsely chopped) - optional
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 to 3 tbsp chili powder (personal taste)
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
Salt (to taste)
1 6 oz can tomato paste
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in crock pot in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on low for 10 - 12 hours or High for 5 - 6 hours. Stir occasionally.
