1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. shallots, chopped
1/4 c. white vermouth
2 tbsp. Sambuca
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. chopped fresh plum tomatoes
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 pount fresh pasta, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shallots in butter until clear. Add vermouth and Sambuca and simmer 1 minute. Add heavy cream and reduce until slightly thickened. Add parsley, tomatoes, and shrimp; cook additional 3
minutes. Pour over cooked pasta.
