CRUST:
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
FILLING
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (from 12 oz. carton)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
PUDDING
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix with electric mixer; press into 9x13 inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350º.

Filling: Mix with mixer and pour over cooled crust and spread evenly.
Chill in refrigerator while making next layer.

Pudding: Beat pudding with milk 2 minutes with mixer and spread evenly over cheese mixture.

Topping: Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top. Garnish with chopped nuts, and grated Hershey bar if desired. Chill.
