1 cup EACH: vinegar, sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon EACH: celery seeds, dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 large head cabbage, shredded
2 medium onions, very thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, oil, celery seeds, mustard and salt. Bring to boil. In a container with a tight-fitting lid, alternate layers of cabbage and onions. Pour hot dressing over vegetables, cover and stirring occasionally, refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.

Nutrition: Per serving: 321 calories, 21 grams fat (59 percent total calories), no cholesterol, 464 milligrams sodium.
