2 Lbs or Beef or Venison Cubed
1 Stick of Butter
2 Cups of fresh sliced mushrooms
1 Cup of Beef Broth
2 Med Onions Sliced
1 Celery Stalk-Diced
Dash of Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet. Just slightly brown the meat. Remove meat and add in all other ingredients. Over medium heat mix and cook mixture until it begins to boil. Add back in the meat. Mix well. Reduce heat and let simmer for at least 2 hours stirring occasionally. If using Venison let simmer for 3-4 hours.

Serve over egg noodles or mash potatoes.
