1- 12 oz Package of Broccoli Slaw
1- 8 oz bag of Purple Cabbage
2 Cups of Chicken Breast cooked and diced or shredded
2 Cups of Pea Pods- Chopped
1/2 C Green Onions sliced
1/2 Cup light Asian salad dressing- Kens steakhouse lite Asian sesame dressing or Trader Joe's Asian style spicy peanut vinaigrette
1/4 Cup of crunchy Chow Mein noodles- Any brand

Directions:

In a large bowl add all of the ingredients for the slaw except the salad dressing and topping.
Just before serving, toss with dressing and divide onto for plates. Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon of chow mein noodles.
